fee. All parcels are dispatched by DHL Global Mail and it will arrive
within 9-15 working days. For multiple orders of more than 8 items, we offer free
express delivery which will arrive in less than 9 working days Shipping
and Handling Charges: For CD/DVDs : The first item costs US$4.99
to ship. Each additional item cost US$4.99 more. Eg: If you are purchasing
a total of 3 items, the total shipping cost would be $14.97 ($4.99 + $4.99
+ $4.99). For Digital Downloads: There are no shipping fees
as you can download the item immediately after purchasing. If you require
our products urgently, we also offer Fedex "Next-Day" Delivery at a
discounted price. You will have the option to select Fedex Express delivery upon
checkoutReturn Policy: All sales are final. InfusionShop items
are protected by a 30 day warranty. If your item is defective and within warranty,
we'll offer a priority reshipment free of charge. If parts are needed, we will
promptly ship replacement parts free of charge. A copy of the invoice and a brief
statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included.
Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. We'll also provide store credits for
items if necessary. We only accept full refunds on returned products
on a case by case basis due to the digital nature of our items. Returned items
must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain
all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer
is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
